While many cafés lean on sugar-heavy beverages and highly processed foods, we deliver a flavour-first experience: healthy ingredients, fortified beverages, and convenient grab-and-go offerings designed for today’s consumer.
2G2B Healthy was born from founder Lisa Levasseur’s personal journey with chronic pain, inflammation and the determination to take a more active role in her own health.
Through years of studying nutrition, managing stress and developing recipes, Lisa began to see food differently. That understanding deepened while helping her mother manage type 2 diabetes. She saw firsthand how deeply eating is connected to comfort, habit, memory and enjoyment, and how difficult it can be to change someone’s choices simply by telling them what they should or shouldn’t eat.
That experience helped shape the philosophy behind 2G2B Healthy: make healthier choices feel approachable, familiar and genuinely enjoyable, with food people actually look forward to eating.
2G2B means Too Good to Be Healthy: food made with intention, without taking away the pleasure of eating.
